These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries, quotations, site visits, and services provided by Neom Modular. By confirming a service, the customer agrees to the terms below.

1. Services

Neom Modular provides modular furniture services including full-home modular furniture, modular kitchen furniture, modular bedroom furniture, modular wardrobes, modular beds, custom storage units, TV units and display furniture, and utility and pantry furniture. Final scope, manpower, materials, timing, and pricing are confirmed in the quotation or service agreement.

2. Site Access and Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access, accurate site information, required permissions, water/electricity availability where needed, and timely instructions for the service team.

3. Scheduling

Service dates and timings are subject to team availability and site readiness. Any change in scope or delay at site may affect schedule and charges.

4. Payments

Payment terms are shared in the quotation or invoice. Additional work, extra manpower, special materials, or repeat visits may be billed separately after customer confirmation.

5. Quality and Feedback

We aim to deliver consistent and professional service. Any concern should be reported promptly so our team can review and resolve it based on the agreed scope.

6. Safety

Our teams follow practical safety and storage procedures. For high-access work, modular bedroom furniture, waste handling, or specialized furniture, customer cooperation may be required for isolation, notices, access control, or temporary area closure.

7. Liability

Neom Modular is responsible only for services agreed in writing. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, concealed defects, unsafe site conditions, or losses caused by incorrect customer instructions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will apply to future enquiries and confirmed services.
